About us

Ciao a tutti,
We are Max & Amanda, the owners and operators of Ioesco Restaurant in Sanctuary Cove. For over a decade we have been bringing our authentic Italian dining experience to Sanctuary Cove locals and the greater Gold Coast community.

I have been dining at Max's many restaurants including Ioesco for close on 20 years. The one thing you can always count on with his restaurants is the high standard of food and most often good service.

This continues to be one of the best restaurants on the Gold Coast and in my view one of the best venues for Italian food outside Italy. Neapolitan influences. Excellent staff, and your hosts Max and Amanda do their best to ensure that you have a wonderful experience with them.
